1. Applicability

This Shipping Policy applies to all deliveries of products from our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping and delivery terms described below.

2. Calculation of Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout once you enter the postal code of the delivery address.

Based on this postal code, we calculate the most favourable transport price for your order, including delivery to the specified location.

3. What Is Included in the Shipping Price

For containers, the following standard services are included:

✔ Loading of the container
✔ Transport to the specified delivery address
✔ Unloading on site

Specific time included:

1 hour loading and 1 hour unloading for 1 × 40ft container or 2 × 20ft containers
0.75 hours loading and 0.75 hours unloading for 1 × 20ft container
Use of a truck-mounted loading crane up to a maximum of 40 T/M is included

Please note:
Additional services, such as a preferred delivery day, preferred part of the day, or delivery time windows, may be subject to an additional charge and will be indicated separately in the order form.

4. Fuel Surcharge & Variable Costs

A fuel surcharge / diesel surcharge may be charged separately. This is a variable surcharge that we pass on based on the carrier and current fuel costs.

Any toll, tunnel, and other variable transport costs are included in the transport calculation, unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery Areas

We deliver as standard within the Netherlands.

Delivery to Belgium or Germany is possible, but only upon request. Please contact our customer service for this.

6. Planning and Delivery Time

Orders placed before 12:00 noon are scheduled according to the ABCD principle; the container will then be delivered on day D between 07:30 and 17:00.

For 10ft containers, a maximum delivery time of 6 working days applies.

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation and we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the delivery day.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel the delivery, the following cancellation fees apply:

On day A between 12:00 and 17:00: 70% of the agreed freight price.
On day B, C, or D, if the containers have not yet been loaded: 100% of the agreed freight price.
If the containers have already been loaded: the actual costs incurred will be charged, with a minimum of 100% of the freight price.

8. Restrictions

We only transport containers from our own stock.

We cannot arrange transport for containers that were not ordered through our webshop.

9. Liability During Transport

We make every effort to deliver your order safely and on time. However, any damage occurring during transport must be reported within a reasonable period in accordance with the general terms and conditions. Please refer to our return and warranty policy in the General Terms and Conditions.
