Important collection requirements
A shipping container can be extremely heavy. Before loading, the depot therefore assesses whether the vehicle combination is technically suitable and safe.
Trailers are not always permitted
Collection with a passenger car and trailer is only possible after an advance assessment of its dimensions, weight, load and safety. Send the vehicle-combination details to our specialists before booking.
The depot may refuse loading
If the vehicle, trailer or combination is considered unsuitable or unsafe, the container will not be loaded.
Bring the container reference
At the gate, the driver must be able to show a valid, confirmed container release document.
